Burn Those Muffin Tops!

I decided to share some of my all time favorite workouts. Now, I’m not an expect when it comes to being the most fit. However, I am working on it. I MADE time to workout. So many moms (3 months ago, that list included me) say they don’t have time. You have to make the time. I finally made the time fir myself. I now go to the gym 3 times a week and workout from home the other 4 days. My daughter is 2 so it can be tricky to exercise from home when she’s awake. In fact, I have made her apart of my workouts at home. She will see me doing jumping jacks and decide to do her own version of them. It’s really cute, but distracting when you’re focused. So you decide if you want to workout before your kids wake up, after they go to bed or when they’re awake. I change it up when I do it, but I make sure I workout everyday. You don’t have to do it for hours, you can do a 10 to 20 minute workout, just make the workout worth it.

My favorite at home workouts are:

1. Crunches

2. Bicycle Crunches

3. Jumping Jacks

4. V-Ups

5.Squats

6.Planking

7.Zumba (on my Wii)
